So just recently Lenovo launched a commercial video bashing on the newly announced Apple iPad Pro. The video is titled as “Apple iPad Pro: Thank You. From Lenovo’s YOGA Tab 3 Pro“. The video basically shows all the abilities that the new Lenovo Yoga Tab 3 Pro and how in many ways they are better than the Apple’s highest end tablet iPad Pro. Check out the video yourself and have a fun laugh.
So the new Lenovo YOGA Tab 3 Pro is Lenovo’s latest and the highest end tablet offering that features similar kickstand that we’ve already seen with the previous models of Lenovo YOGA tablet, which can essentially turn in any angle, letting you place your tablet in any position you want. The sole kickstand itself gets very helpful in many conditions when you want to prop up your tablet in certain ways, but do to lack of any stand or certain mounting options you simply can’t.
The tablet flaunts many features and one of them is the inbuilt projector, which is said to be very effective and quite a lot powerful. And I can see this particular feature to come in handy in many office situations or in schools. Now all it depends on Lenovo and how they can pull their magic trick with the price tag. Because again if it’s way too expensive, then I barely can see any of these happening anytime soon. But apart from that I’m totally down for this projector feature and can’t really wait to check it out myself.
The second most polarising feature of this tablet, that I liked the most is the “Any Pen” feature. Now that means that you can essentially pick up any pen like object and start writing on the screen. This particular feature seems to be quite a lot interesting, since if it’s a capacitive display then it won’t exactly read anything else apart from fingers and proprietary stylus. And if it’s a resistive touchscreen then it might just not be that good and there may happen a lot of false inputs. Till now for me it is quite an interesting query and I will keep you updated on this particular topic as how they exactly pull it off this well. But apart from that, if this thing works as advertised then it can be a complete nightmare for Apple.
